To know one’s own truth can be one of the most difficult things. It requires each of us to see our strengths, our loves, our dislikes, and the flaws we carry. It requires us to accept ourselves for everything we are. It requires us to fall in love with who we have been and all the mistakes we have made. It requires us to fall in love with who we are at the present moment, realizing that we have come a long way and that all those mistakes and old hurts brought us to where we are right now. It requires us to fall in love with who we will become, as that person’s fate has not yet been determined. The future is always bright as long as we face our truth!
