ABOUT

Testimonials

At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: We all matter. And when we understand the unique meaning we bring into the world, we begin to live more fully, love more deeply, and lead with purpose.

"We bought 'Honu’ about 6 years ago for our new home and it is as relevant to us now as it was then. Our past travels have often included the ocean and snorkelling, where our biggest thrill was sea creatures, including sea turtles. Honu' is a happy reminder of those times. Every time I look at him, I smile - both inside and out!"

"Carleen supported where I am at in my life journey beautifully. She has so much knowledge around how all areas of life intersect with health. I could tell that she really cared about making this program meaningful and personalized to me and my health. I tend to focus more on my spiritual and energetic health than physical and she helped me to balance my attention back to my physicality. I feel really good! Thank you Carleen!"

How to deal with stress

In Carleen's presentation I found my biggest take away was where she talks about forgiving yourself of all the shoulda, coulda wouldas. To remember that I did the best with the tools I had at the time.

Step away from fear into creativity -

Keynote presentation

Leading up to the Conference, Carleen was most professional; her communication was excellent and her determination to “nail the message” was reassuring. She then delivered a keynote presentation with personality, passion and crammed with pertinent content.

Attendees left the conference feeling pumped and better informed to handle their challenges. In fact, out of surveys received, almost 100% of attendees told us her presentation met or exceeded their expectations.
