ABOUT
Coaching with Carleen
First, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support and invest in your personal growth. Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking greater clarity, strengthening relationships, or reconnecting with your sense of purpose, coaching offers an opportunity to intentionally move toward the life you want to create.

As a Positive Psychology Practitioner and coach, I work with older teens and adults across Canada, the United States, and Europe through virtual coaching sessions.
​
My coaching approach is grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective, recognizing that we are more than our current circumstances. Our experiences are shaped by the interaction of our physical well-being, thoughts, relationships, environment, values, and sense of meaning. Together, we explore the whole person rather than a single challenge.

Drawing upon my master's-level education in coaching psychology and applied positive psychology, my work is informed by the fields of post-traumatic growth, meaning, and mattering. Our conversations focus on understanding where you are today while exploring what is possible moving forward.

Through reflection, evidence-based approaches, and meaningful dialogue, I support clients in discovering their strengths, deepening self-awareness, and creating a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and fulfilling.
