Exchanges

• We do not accept exchanges on any art products.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged during shipping.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.
   

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging

 

Once we have reviewed your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
