About Carleen M.Sc. MAPPCP
I work at the intersection of science, creativity, and soul.

I am a positive psychology researcher, keynote speaker, educator, artist, coach, and advocate whose work is centered on one fundamental question: What helps people recognize that they matter?

Through research, speaking, coaching, creative expression, and neurodiversity advocacy, I explore the powerful role that meaning and mattering play in our well-being, relationships, resilience, and personal growth.

My work is guided by a belief that every person has inherent value and a unique contribution to offer the world.

Whether I am supporting individuals through coaching, presenting to audiences, conducting research, or creating art, my goal is the same: to help people deepen self-awareness, embrace their strengths, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.
WHY 'ALL THAT I AM"
Because we are not just one thing.
You are art and intellect.
Emotion and resilience.
Meaning and mattering.
And so am I.
I chose the symbol of the tree with roots for my logo as I believe that once we dig deep and strengthen our own roots, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically, we can develop the strength to grow and create the life we want. Every part of the tree brings new life and innate strength. The roots bring nourishment and acknowledgement of our beginnings. The trunk brings strength to grow into who we are meant to be. The branches allow us to reach upward and become the best versions of ourselves and the leaves and seeds offer us the ability to cultivate a better future.
All That I AM is a space created to honor the whole self—to celebrate growth, creativity, connection, and transformation.
