About Program

Health Coaching for Neurodivergent Clients: ADHD, Autism & Dyslexia This three hour course provides a comprehensive, strengths-based approach to supporting neurodivergent individuals through health coaching. Designed for coaches, educators, and practitioners, it integrates neuroscience, positive psychology, and practical strategies to better understand and empower clients with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. Participants will explore the unique cognitive profiles of each neurotype, gaining insight into how these ways of thinking influence behaviour, emotional well-being, and daily functioning. Moving beyond deficit-based models, the course highlights the distinct strengths associated with each neurotype—supporting a more affirming, neurodiversity-informed perspective. In addition to building understanding, this program equips you with practical tools to create a supportive and inclusive coaching practice. You will learn how to adapt communication styles, structure sessions effectively, and implement flexible goal-setting strategies that align with neurodivergent needs. Emphasis is placed on fostering trust, autonomy, and sustainable growth. The course also introduces key nutrition principles that support brain health. You will explore essential nutrients linked to cognitive function, focus, mood regulation, and energy, along with practical guidance on food choices and lifestyle habits that enhance overall well-being. By the end of this course, you will be able to understand and support ADHD, autism, and dyslexia through a strengths-based lens, confidently adapt your coaching approach, and integrate holistic health strategies into your work. This course invites a shift—from simply accommodating neurodivergence to actively empowering it.
