About Program

This 3.5-hour self-directed program, with optional supplementary videos and readings, offers a structured and compassionate approach to understanding and navigating grief in both personal and professional contexts. Designed to strengthen emotional intelligence and grief-informed awareness, this program supports improved connection, well-being, and resilience for individuals and within workplaces. Grounded in positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and lived experience, and informed by Emotional Awareness in Times of Loss, this course provides a guided pathway to process loss, reconnect with self, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Through reflective exercises, guided practices, somatic awareness, and opportunities for creative expression, participants will: • Develop emotional literacy and self-awareness • Understand the cognitive, emotional, and physiological impacts of grief • Learn to process and express grief in healthy, sustainable ways • Explore identity, meaning, and transition after loss • Cultivate self-compassion and resilience without bypassing grief • Reconnect with purpose, connection, and personal grounding This program is for individuals navigating loss in its many forms, including bereavement, relationship changes, identity shifts, and life transitions.
