A Guided Journey Through Grief, Healing, and Reconnection Whether you're experiencing the ache of a recent loss or navigating the lingering echoes of past grief, this course offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself and your emotions. Based on the book Emotional Awareness in Times of Loss, this self-paced or facilitated program invites participants into a compassionate exploration of what it means to feel, process, and make meaning after loss. Rooted in positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and lived experience, this course helps you build a deeper relationship with your inner world—honoring pain, finding your voice in the silence, and gently uncovering a path forward. Through reflective exercises, guided practices, creative expression, and somatic awareness, you will: - Cultivate emotional literacy and self-compassion - Understand how loss impacts your body, mind, and identity - Learn healthy ways to sit with, express, and integrate grief - Discover your own rhythms of healing, without rushing or bypassing - Reconnect with purpose, peace, and the people who matter most This course is for anyone navigating loss—whether it’s the death of a loved one, a relationship ending, identity shifts, life transitions, or changes in health or ability.
