ABOUT
Get to Know Me
At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: We all matter. And when we understand the unique meaning we bring into the world, we begin to live more fully, love more deeply, and lead with purpose.

ABOUT ME
Carleen Ross
I work at the intersection of science, creativity, and soul.
As a Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coach, I support the older teen and adults in cultivating well-being, clarity, and confidence—especially those who identify as neurodivergent, empathic, are Dyslexic, and those who are navigating life transitions. I specialize in helping people reconnect with their sense of purpose, rediscover their worth, and feel empowered to live authentically.
As an Artist, I create work that reconnects people to the natural world and their inner truth, reminding us of our deep interconnection with each other and the Earth.
Whether through coaching, keynote speaking, or visual storytelling, my work invites people back to themselves—to who they truly are beneath the noise.
My Journey
Over the years, I’ve accomplished many things. My creative work has been exhibited internationally; I've had the privilege of representing Canada on the world stage and written two books. My art continues to evolve, but its message has always remained the same: We grow so we can give back—to ourselves, to others, and to the planet.
In parallel, my academic and personal journey led me to pursue an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Throughout my life I have lived through numerous griefs and tribulations, such as loss of safety, loss of self, loss of mattering and loss of life. I have experienced what it is like to support others through cPTSD, physical health issues, and my own personal journey of a late in life diagnosis of dyslexia. It was here that I learned to blend my intuitive and big picture thinking skills with evidence-based coaching, to help others shift from a focus on what’s missing to a focus on what’s meaningful.
